Project Highlights

iStream has been presented at global expos like IBC 2023 and NAB Show 2024.
Several major OTT service providers have shown interest, including notably Prime Fight.

Revamp and Enhance OTT applications and website with advanced features.
Modify the Admin Panel to manage sports events.
Develop an ad suite.
Assist teams across functions.

Backstory

In its initial phase, iStream focused solely on Movies, TV Shows, and Live TV, without sports or an Ads Suite. To stay competitive and meet business requirements, iStream underwent a comprehensive revamp, expanding its offerings to include sports content and introducing a robust Ads Suite. This transformation involved redesigning the apps, website, and admin portal to enhance user experience and functionality.

OTT Enhancements

We've identified a significant array of user-centric issues. Of all these, the two considered most pivotal are the Kids Accessing Adult Profile & Kids Screen Time.

Solutions

Recognizing the user experience challenges with the existing profile security system, particularly regarding children's usage, we have devised solutions to prevent kids from logging out of kids' profiles using the Exit PIN and to reduce screen time through the Watch Time Limit.

Exit PIN

Exit Pin is a method to restrict a user, potentially a child in this case, from logging out of the kids profile, preventing them from accessing other profiles and content.

Watch Time Limit

Watch Time Limit is a self-explanatory feature that allows a child to binge-watch content for a specified amount of time set by the owner or concerned user.

Screens

The same flow has been applied across all platforms, including TV, tablet, mobile, and responsive website.

Admin Revamp

The previous admin portal has usability issues that need to be addressed, along with additional features to accommodate Sports VOD, Live Sports & Theme Management.

iStream Ads Suite is designed to empower advertising and marketing agents with tools to post ads, manage reach, recharge wallets, and create sub-agents, all while maintaining a user-friendly interface.
